Our client is a leading healthcare provider specializing in post acute continuum of care through comprehensive homecare and rehabilitation programs.

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with home health experience in Centralia, WA.

In this role, you will:

Provide professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating home nursing care needs of assigned patients.
Confer with physicians to develop initial plan of treatment.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

($54-$60K)
