Leading Home Health Company is looking for an LPN to provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
In this role, you will:
- Perform skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Assist the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures.
- Prepare reports, record keeping and progress notes.
- Participate in QA/QI plans and process.
- Adhere to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in state of employment.
- Minimum one year experience working as an LPN.
- Home healthcare experience a plus.
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance in state of employment.
($22/hour)
