District Director

Our Client is a multi-million dollar company who is looking for a District Director for the Orlando Territory.

The ideal candidate will have experience growing a territory, managing a team of Sales support, and Outside Sales Representatives. Reasonable for planning and develop selling strategies with other departments to maximize revenue. In this role the candidate will maintain staff levels within the territory and coach staff. This position is requires a high level of corporate customer retention and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.  This position requires 35% travel through the territory.

·         4 year degree

·         5 years experience as a sales manager with proven results

·         Strong PC skills

·         Knowledge of Document creation

·         Knowledge of Distribution Solutions lines of products

·         Valid Driver’s License and clean record mandatory

Salary range Base $65K to $75K Salary doubles when plan is made.
